Order Cancellation Period: You may request to cancel a product order within 24 hours of placing it, if the order has not yet been shipped.

How to Cancel a Product Order: To cancel a product order, please contact our customer support team via email soon as possible, providing your order details.

Refunds for Cancelled Product Orders: Your request for refund shall be processed and the refund shall be initiated to the original payment method if the cancellation request has been raised in the specified time and prior to product dispatch. The refund shall be processed within a period of 15 working days from the date of cancellation.

Service Cancellation Period: You may request to cancel a service upon placement of the service order. The cancellation charges for this shall be as follows:

• The cancellation charges shall be 90% of the service order invoice amount if the cancellation request is raised on the day scheduled for the execution of the service.
• The cancellation charges shall be 50% of the service order invoice value if the cancellation request is raised 1 day before the day scheduled for the execution of the service.
• The cancellation charges shall be INR 50.00/- flat for orders placed for services for up to 5 acres and INR 100.00/- flat for above 5 acres, if the cancellation request is raised 2 days prior to the day scheduled for the execution of the service.
• No cancellation charges shall be applicable for cancellation of orders 3 days prior to the day scheduled for the execution of the service.

The day is defined to start at 12:00 AM in the context of this policy.
